THE NEXT CHAPTER

Donated computers.
A building to finish.

The technology has been donated. The next step is a secure place to put it to work.

North American Bancard (North) donated computers for this project. Completing the learning center will give students a dedicated place to access them, while allowing the equipment to be safely stored.

VCI’s total project budget is $35,000. So far, $12,500 has been raised and used to build the structure to the stage shown in these photographs. The remaining $22,500 will support completion and the equipment, power, connectivity, security and water infrastructure the center needs.

With thanks to North American Bancard (North) for the donated computers.

WHAT THE REMAINING FUNDS WILL SUPPORT

More than a building.
A place ready for learning.

Six practical priorities turn the donated computers into a secure, connected and dependable learning environment.

01

Finish the learning space

Complete the remaining building work so the center can safely accommodate students and equipment.

02

Equip the classroom

Tables, chairs and a projector to support hands-on computer learning and group instruction.

03

Keep learning through outages

Solar power with battery storage to provide dependable electricity during frequent power outages.

04

Connect students to the world

Starlink internet equipment and service to make online learning resources accessible.

05

Protect the donated computers

Lockable storage for computers at night, alongside security cameras to help protect the center.

06

Support basic sanitation

A water tank to supply the bathroom and support daily use of the facility.

The $22,500 is the overall funding gap. Individual category budgets and supplier quotations are still to be finalized; no per-item sponsorship prices are implied.

Help finish what generosity started.
